Regarding the Champagne Fleury Robert Fleury 2013
All the House's grape varieties (49% Pinot Noir, 22% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Gris and 9% Pinot Blanc) are blended to create the Robert Fleury 2013 cuvée. It is created using ancestral methods: corking and stapling and vinification in oak barrels from old vines over 35 years old.
The nose is delicate and complex, with citrus aromas. On the palate, the attack is lively, with fine effervescence. The aromas of the nose are repeated, along with pear and honey, with exceptional length on the palate.
This powerful, complex Brut Nature Champagne is the perfect accompaniment to red mullet with Colombo, pigeon marinated in spices or scones with pears and Parmesan.
Served at a temperature of between 10° and 12°, it will reveal itself in all its splendor. This wood-fermented cuvée is the apotheosis.
A superb and very rare champagne (6772 bottles), organically and biodynamically farmed, that can be kept for 5 to 10 years.
