Regarding the Champagne Fleury Blanc de Noirs Magnum

The wine’s balance is subtle, combining roundness and suppleness.

The bubbles are fine, revealing a nose with a rich and highly complex bouquet of dried fruits and honey. On the palate, it is wonderfully fresh and offers a perfect balance between suppleness and liveliness, with notes of old-fashioned rose and a slight bitterness on the finish.

This artisanal champagne, produced using organic farming methods, is a true charmer—very vinous without being heavy—and pairs beautifully as an aperitif with gougères, charcuterie, fish, game birds, or poultry. A superb Blanc de Noirs, available here in a magnum.
