Champagne Jean-Noël HATON
Champagne Jean-Noël Haton was founded in 1928. A family-run business located in Damery, it maintains its independence and owns its own vineyards in the best Champagne crus.
Under the aegis of René Haton, heir to founder Octave Haton, the House experienced a real boom in the 1970s. Today, Jean-Noël Haton and his son Sébastien continue to produce Champagnes according to traditional and meticulous practices: respect for the soils, control of yields, quest for optimum maturity, parcel-based vinification... with the sole aim of striving for excellence.
Worthy heirs to a unique know-how and a heritage patiently built up over decades, they continue the work begun by founder Octave Haton according to his adage: "Perfection requires mastery of every detail. Perfection requires mastery of every detail. It is the expression of the whole that makes an exceptional Champagne".
Each cuvée, the fruit of great mastery throughout its development, only reveals its full aromatic richness after slow maturation in the coolness of our cellars: up to 3 years for non-vintage cuvées, 6 to 8 years for Extra cuvées.
Our cuvées should be stored horizontally, away from light and at a constant temperature. Ideally, enjoy between 8 and 10°C to fully appreciate them.
