Gosset is the oldest champagne house. Founded in 1584 in Ay, and currently run by Béatrice Cointreau, this champagne house is easily recognizable by the shape of its "antique" bottles.

To buy Gosset champagne is to make the promise of sovereign pleasures, worthy of the finest palates. Ranked 12th in the Revue du Vin de France's list of the best champagne houses, this champagne house has the particularity of offering for sale very powerful, vinous Cuvées de Prestige, essentially made from black grapes and marketed after a long ageing on points.

In fact, the flagship of the Gosset champagne range is the Cuvée de Champagne Célébris, made with a high proportion of Pinot Noir Grand Cru grapes, guaranteeing a complete champagne.

Another distinctive feature of this champagne house is that it has no vineyards, but sources its grapes from its own vineyards, with a slightly higher proportion of pinot, enabling it to offer a fine range of wines for sale: Brut champagne, Brut vintage champagne, Rosé champagne, Rosé vintage champagne, some sold by the half-bottle, others in Magnum, but also in Jeroboam.
