Regarding the Champagne Gosset Célébris Vintage 2012
Maison GOSSET's Celebris 2012 Extra-Brut champagne is only the 9th edition created in the last 35 years. We had to wait for the very fine 2012 harvest to offer a new vintage of this rare cuvée.
It's made from a majority of Chardonnay, which brings elegance and minerality (70% Chardonnay plus 30% Pinot Noir).
The dosage is moderate (5.5gr/l) to preserve all the wine's fruity aromas, freshness and vinosity without masking its character.
After more than 10 years of ageing, this fine-bubbled champagne reveals a fresh nose, with notes of citrus and pear. On the palate, it's structured, dense and deep with aromas of vanilla flowers, citrus and raspberry.
The purity of this wine makes it a subtle companion today, for which patience will reveal all its complexity and gourmandise.
Perfect as an aperitif, but also as part of a meal, this prestigious cuvée will magnify exotic cuisine, as well as sea bass in a salt crust, or desserts such as fruit salad or apricot tart.

Champagne Gosset
Created in 1584, the Gosset House is the oldest Champagne house. In 2013, the house received the "Living Heritage Company" label. The House of Gosset has created a charter of Excellence Gosset, a real guarantee for lovers of great champagnes.
This House offers champagnes from Grands Crus and 1er Crus, champagnes aged for at least 4 years to offer a quality champagne, both powerful and vinous.
There is no malolactic fermentation in order to preserve the natural aromas of the wines. Another particularity of the House is that it offers its champagnes in superb antique bottles, replicas of those used in the 18th century.
