Thanks to the quality of its champagnes, the Charles Heidsieck Champagne house, founded in 1851, shipped from 1857 more than 300,000 bottles of champagne per year in America.

Aware that great vintage champagnes need to be kept for long period of time before being sold, the house of Champagne Charles Heidsieck bought one of the finest area of Crayères in Champagne. At 65 feet deep, a network of tunnels and forty seven rooms are used to store all the bottles of Champagne Charles Heidsieck.
