Created in 1920 by Eugène Aimé Salon, the champagne house Salon is a small house that has retained its founding principles that are respected by the Laurent-Perrier group to which it belongs.  

This champagne house ranks on the 4th positoon in Top 50 Champagnes of the “Revue du Vin de France” magazine, confirming the quality of this fabulous champagne.  

Indeed, Salon is an unique and exceptional champagne, from a single terroir, the Côte des Blancs, a single “cru”, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and from single grape variety, the Chardonnay, and from a single year, without assembly. All of the Salon champagnes are vintage, and on average, only three years out of ten are vintage.
