Champagne BENOIT LAHAYE, an organic House, a real reference in Bouzy
The Lahaye family is located in Bouzy, classified as a Grand Cru. Their estate covers 4.5 hectares of vines in Bouzy, Ambonnay and Tauxières, mainly planted with Pinot Noir.
The soils are partly ploughed with a horse and they make their own compost. The treatments carried out are only based on herbal teas, copper, sulfur and essential oils. The whole domain is organic.
For an optimal development of the vintages, it is recommended to open them in advance (15-20 min). To be served at 8 to 10°C in summer and 10 to 12°C in winter.
