Regarding the Champagne Gosset Célébris Blanc de Blancs 2012 Wooden Box
Maison Gosset's Célébris Blanc de Blancs 2012 is a great wine before being a great champagne. Extremely rare, it is the first Blanc de Blancs vintage champagne from Maison Gosset. The 2012 Chardonnays were perfect for making such a cuvée.
After 9 years of maturation on lees, the bubbles of this 100% Chardonnay are particularly fine. On the nose, we discover minty notes and aromas of frangipane and pink grapefruit. In the mouth, the attack is frank and fresh. Then, aromas of tarte tatin and far breton are revealed, with a hint of spice. Finally, the finish is long, tonic and mineral, a delight!
This great wine will happily accompany fresh and complex dishes such as fish in carpaccio, ceviche, oysters, scallop tartar or even parmesan. It can also be paired with poultry or braised veal.
It comes in a sublime wooden box.

Champagne Gosset
Created in 1584, the Gosset House is the oldest Champagne house. In 2013, the house received the "Living Heritage Company" label. The House of Gosset has created a charter of Excellence Gosset, a real guarantee for lovers of great champagnes.
This House offers champagnes from Grands Crus and 1er Crus, champagnes aged for at least 4 years to offer a quality champagne, both powerful and vinous.
There is no malolactic fermentation in order to preserve the natural aromas of the wines. Another particularity of the House is that it offers its champagnes in superb antique bottles, replicas of those used in the 18th century.
