Maison Fleury's Cuvée 4 Cépages Brut Nature 2014 is the first opus of this cuvée made by blending 4 grape varieties right from the press (58% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 12% Pinot Blanc and 5% Pinot Gris). A great success!
No sugar or sulfur has been added to this authentic, straightforward, gourmet cuvée. This "4 cépages" champagne offers sweet, amber aromas with exotic notes. The palate is very assertive, with a zesty finish.
This dynamic, gourmet freshness is a perfect match for exotic, warm-spice cuisine.
The ageing potential of these rare bottles (3030 units) is great (5 to 10 years). A wonderful discovery!
