Regarding the Champagne Fleury Fleur de l'Europe Brut Nature

It is a naturally sweet brut champagne that is remarkably expressive and exceptionally refined. Here, we offer it in its “nature” version—that is, without dosage—blended from 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay.

On the nose, honey and acacia are prominent. On the palate, it is lively, generous, and full of freshness. The mineral finish is superbly long. A champagne for purists!

Excellent as an aperitif, this champagne also pairs beautifully with seafood and fish, as well as with fresh fruit desserts. Don’t miss out on this rare cuvée (only 5,000 bottles produced), crafted using organic and biodynamic farming methods.
