Regarding the Champagne Fleury Fleur de l'Europe Brut Nature
The Cuvée Fleur de l'Europe Brut Nature of Maison Fleury is the first Champagne from a biodynamic vineyard.
It is a remarkably expressive champagne of extreme finesse. Here, we propose it in its natural version, that is to say not dosed, composed of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay.
On the nose, honey and acacia are very present. The mouth is lively, generous and fresh. The mineral finish is of a superb length. A purist's champagne!
Excellent as an aperitif, this champagne can also be served with seafood and fish and as a dessert with fresh fruit. Treat yourself to this rare Cuvée (only 5,000 bottles produced) made from organic and biodynamic farming.
