Made from 86% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Blanc, FLEURY's Cuvée Cépages Blancs Brut Nature 2012 is a blanc de blancs champagne vinified 100% in oak barrels. Produced organically and biodynamically, this cuvée is produced in small quantities.
This champagne, with its fine, creamy bubbles, reveals rich flavors of melon and pear, which evolve into aromas of exotic fruit and finish on a mineral note.
The opulence and richness of this champagne make it a wonderful companion to ricotta ravioli or 48-month Parmesan cheese.
It can be cellared for 5 to 10 years.
