Cuvée Cépage Blancs Extra-Brut 2011 from Maison Fleury is elaborated from 100% Chardonnay. This Blanc de Blancs champagne is absolutely marvelous !
With its creamy bubbles, this champagne unveils superb dried fruits aromas, licorice, and praline. On the palate, we find aromas of almonds, fresh nuts and white flowers.
35% of this cuvée is vinified in oak barrel, confering this fine and harmonious champagne a great vinosity. Sourced from organic farming and using biodynamics methods, this cuvée is produced in limited quantity only.
Cuvée Cépage Blancs Extra-Brut 2011 is ideal during the meal, with a lacquered chicken and risotto de giroles or roasted quails with cream of pumpkin in example.
Moreover, it can be stored in a cellar up to 10 years.
