Regarding the Champagne De Sousa Blanc de Noirs
Champagne Blanc de Noirs from DE SOUSA is an organic 100% Pinot Noir Grand Cru from the Montagne de Reims.
The grapes are hand-picked from the magnificent old vines (55 years old on average) of Ambonnay Grand Cru. The wine is aged 100% in oak barrels, giving the champagne a lovely roundness. No dosage is added to preserve the wine's purity, liveliness and freshness.
This Brut Nature champagne reveals notes of ripe fruit that bring richness and fullness to the palate. But you can leave it to develop its aromas for another 3 to 5 years.
It goes perfectly with a seafood platter, poularde au vin jaune or cheese.
Please note that this Blanc de Noirs champagne is a limited edition of only 5000 bottles.

De Sousa Champagne House is a family business for 3 generations. The vineyard is located on 11 hectares in the heart of the famous Côte des Blancs, terroirs classified as Grand Cru.
The elaboration of the champagnes is traditional, the harvest is done by hand on vines of which three quarters are more than 45 years old, which offers to the champagnes of the House De Sousa an extraordinary aromatic richness...
The work of the vineyard has always been done in the respect of the nature and the environment, and quite naturally, the House has passed in Biodynamy in 1999, and has been certified Organic in 2010.
