The Cuvée des Caudalies is yet another testament to the consistent quality of his production. This blanc de blancs is vinified entirely in oak barrels and the grapes come from vines which are over 50 years old. It has a pale gold colour, and its nose is elegant, delicately punctuated by well integrated woody aromas. This champagne offers creamy texture and harmonious structure. Enjoy this distinguished blanc de blancs champagne as an aperitif with caviar toasts. It's also excellent with a thick slice of turbot fish.

Champagne De Sousa
The De Sousa Champagne House has been in the family for 3 generations. The vineyards cover 14 hectares in the heart of the famous Côte des Blancs, terroirs classified as Grand Cru.
The champagnes are produced in the traditional way, with hand-picked grapes from vines three quarters of which are over 45 years old, giving Maison de Sousa champagnes an extraordinary aromatic richness. The work in the vineyards has always been carried out with respect for nature and the environment, and it was only natural that the House should switch to Biodynamic viticulture in 1999, and be certified organic in 2010.
