After more than 84 months of cellar ageing, Maison De Sousa's Cuvée des Caudalies Le Mesnil 2012 is now ready to be served on the finest tables!
It comes from the superb 2012 harvest, and a unique terroir in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, classified Grand Cru: Le Mesnil sur Oger.
On the nose, Cuvée Le Mesnil 2012 offers aromas of carbon, white flowers and yellow fruit. On the palate, it's rich and creamy.
This Champagne Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is perfect with shellfish, fish, white meats, cheeses aged for 24 or 36 months, or simply as an aperitif on its own. But you can also keep it, as this wine has exceptional cellaring potential, from 15 to 20 years!

Champagne De Sousa
De Sousa Champagne House is a family business for 3 generations. The vineyard is located on 11 hectares in the heart of the famous Côte des Blancs, terroirs classified as Grand Cru.
The elaboration of the champagnes is traditional, the harvest is done by hand on vines of which three quarters are more than 45 years old, which offers to the champagnes of the House De Sousa an extraordinary aromatic richness...
The work of the vineyard has always been done in the respect of the nature and the environment, and quite naturally, the House has passed in Biodynamy in 1999, and has been certified Organic in 2010.
