Discover the Caudalies Rosé from DE SOUSA, composed of 90% Chardonnay Grand Cru, from old vines and vinified in oak barrels, and 10% Pinot Noir Grand Cru, vinified as red wine and aged under the wood for one year.
The name of the cuvée "Caudalies" evokes the measure of the aromatic persistence of a wine during a tasting. A rare champagne combining the elegance and finesse of the Chardonnay with the wild red fruit, raspberry, and kirsch cherry notes of the Pinot Noir, all finely wooded and vanilla with some notes of hazelnut and toast.
This Champagne rosé really has the structure to accompany many dishes such as seafood or fine fish such as poached or grilled sea bass and of course at the end of the meal with desserts based on red fruit, such as a strawberry.

Champagne De Sousa
The De Sousa Champagne House has been in the family for 3 generations. The vineyards cover 14 hectares in the heart of the famous Côte des Blancs, terroirs classified as Grand Cru.
The champagnes are produced in the traditional way, with hand-picked grapes from vines three quarters of which are over 45 years old, giving Maison de Sousa champagnes an extraordinary aromatic richness. The work in the vineyards has always been carried out with respect for nature and the environment, and it was only natural that the House should switch to Biodynamic viticulture in 1999, and be certified organic in 2010.
