Regarding the Champagne De Sousa Brut Rosé
The Brut Rosé champagne from DE SOUSA is elaborated from a blend of red and white wine. Its character comes from the proportion of the blend: 90% of chardonnay, and 10% only Pinot Noir, vinified in red wine which aged in wood barrels. Thus, we obtain an extremely delicate rosé, very elegant and fresh. It can be served as an aperitif, to accompany a smoked fish or with any red berries dessert.

Champagne De Sousa
The De Sousa Champagne House has been in the family for 3 generations. The vineyards cover 14 hectares in the heart of the famous Côte des Blancs, terroirs classified as Grand Cru.
The champagnes are produced in the traditional way, with hand-picked grapes from vines three quarters of which are over 45 years old, giving Maison de Sousa champagnes an extraordinary aromatic richness. The work in the vineyards has always been carried out with respect for nature and the environment, and it was only natural that the House should switch to Biodynamic viticulture in 1999, and be certified organic in 2010.
