Regarding the Champagne A.Bergère Les peignottes
This is an Extra-Brut 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru champagne made from old vines planted in 1920, 1975 and 1990 on the Oger terroir in the Côte des Blancs.
The champagnes are cultivated with respect for the environment, to authentically reflect each terroir for each harvest, and are partially vinified and aged in oak barrels for greater aromatic complexity.
With no doage, this crystal-clear champagne reveals an intense nose of rich floral aromas. The palate is beautifully structured, with ripe white fruit aromas and a delicately bitter finish. This Blanc de Blancs champagne has a great elegance and freshness.
This parcel-based cuvée expresses its full potential as an aperitif or at the end of a meal, accompanying cheeses with a bloomy rind.
Please note: this is a rare champagne. Only 3376 bottles have been produced.

Champagne A.Bergère
The A. Bergère family, who have owned vineyards in Fèrebrianges since 1848, are heirs to a know-how handed down from generation to generation. Founder Albert created the brand in 1949, and his son André grew the estate from 6 to 45 hectares. Today, his children, Annaelle and Adrien, carry on this tradition with a passion for working the vines and their terroirs. The domaine produces champagnes from three historic terroirs: the Vallée du Petit Morin, Côte des Blancs and Sézannais, with a majority of Chardonnay (70%), followed by Pinot Noir (20%) and Meunier (10%).
