Les Vignes de Nuit Champagne from Maison A.Bergère is a 100% Chardonnay from an old vineyard planted in 1972 on the Petit Morin terroir.
This cuvée is made with respect for the environment, to bring out the best in this terroir in each harvest. Part of the vinification and ageing is carried out in oak barrels to develop more complex aromas.
With a low dosage (1g/l), this crystal-clear champagne reveals a nose of white flowers and fruits such as apricot. The palate is incredibly elegant, with aromas of vine peach and a lemony finish.
This Blanc de Blancs Extra-Brut champagne is perfect with tuna tartare, or simply with a seafood platter.

Champagne A.Bergère
The A. Bergère family, who have owned vineyards in Fèrebrianges since 1848, are heirs to a know-how handed down from generation to generation. Founder Albert created the brand in 1949, and his son André grew the estate from 6 to 45 hectares. Today, his children, Annaelle and Adrien, carry on this tradition with a passion for working the vines and their terroirs. The domaine produces champagnes from three historic terroirs: the Vallée du Petit Morin, Côte des Blancs and Sézannais, with a majority of Chardonnay (70%), followed by Pinot Noir (20%) and Meunier (10%).
