Regarding the Champagne A.Bergère Les clos
Produced from an old vineyard planted in 1970, the wine is cultivated using environmentally friendly methods to best reflect the terroir in every harvest.
Vinification and aging take place partially in oak barrels to enhance complexity, and the dosage is very low.
The bubbles are fine, and the nose offers notes of ripe pear. On the palate, this Blanc de Noirs Extra-Brut champagne has an elegant structure with aromas of white fruit. The sandy-clay terroir gives this champagne great freshness and lovely acidity, with a lively finish.
Les Clos de la Maison A. Bergère is perfect as an aperitif or paired with foie gras or grilled white meat. Please note: this is a rare champagne. Only 2,100 bottles were produced.

Champagne A.Bergère
The A. Bergère family, who have owned vineyards in Fèrebrianges since 1848, are heirs to a know-how handed down from generation to generation. Founder Albert created the brand in 1949, and his son André grew the estate from 6 to 45 hectares. Today, his children, Annaelle and Adrien, carry on this tradition with a passion for working the vines and their terroirs. The domaine produces champagnes from three historic terroirs: the Vallée du Petit Morin, Côte des Blancs and Sézannais, with a majority of Chardonnay (70%), followed by Pinot Noir (20%) and Meunier (10%).
