Regarding the Champagne A.Bergère Solera
Maison A.Bergère's Solera is a Blanc de Blancs champagne with a low dosage (3g/l). This Solera, composed in equal parts of wine of the year and wine from a perpetual reserve begun in 2013, is distinguished by its freshness. Vinification and ageing on lees are partly carried out in barrels.
This cuvée Solera underscores the determination of the family to enhance their terroirs through environmentally-friendly viticulture and controlled vigor management.
The color of the wine is golden, with a generous, gourmand nose revealing floral notes. The palate is creamy, with aromas of peach. This Solera champagne is perfect as an aperitif or with white meats in sauce.

Champagne A.Bergère
The A. Bergère family, who have owned vineyards in Fèrebrianges since 1848, are heirs to a know-how handed down from generation to generation. Founder Albert created the brand in 1949, and his son André grew the estate from 6 to 45 hectares. Today, his children, Annaelle and Adrien, carry on this tradition with a passion for working the vines and their terroirs. The domaine produces champagnes from three historic terroirs: the Vallée du Petit Morin, Côte des Blancs and Sézannais, with a majority of Chardonnay (70%), followed by Pinot Noir (20%) and Meunier (10%).
