Maison A.Bergère's Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra-Brut is a 100% Chardonnay Grands Crus from the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Oger, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Cramant, Chouilly).
This low dosage Blanc de Blancs (3g/l) is the result of a relentless quest to bring out the best of the terroir through sustainable viticulture.
This is a champagne of fine bubbles. The nose offers notes of white flowers. The palate is beautifully fresh, with citrus aromas. The structure is elegant, with a taut finish characteristic of the Côte des Blancs.
This Champagne Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra-Brut is an ideal accompaniment to scallops or mushroom risotto.

Champagne A.Bergère
The A. Bergère family, who have owned vineyards in Fèrebrianges since 1848, are heirs to a know-how handed down from generation to generation. Founder Albert created the brand in 1949, and his son André grew the estate from 6 to 45 hectares. Today, his children, Annaelle and Adrien, carry on this tradition with a passion for working the vines and their terroirs. The domaine produces champagnes from three historic terroirs: the Vallée du Petit Morin, Côte des Blancs and Sézannais, with a majority of Chardonnay (70%), followed by Pinot Noir (20%) and Meunier (10%).
