Maison Tsarine's Blanc de blancs 2018 champagne is made from 100% Chardonnays Grands Crus from the fine 2018 harvest.

After 5 years of maturation in the cellar and a minimum of 6-months rest period after disgorgement, the pale gold color releases a fine, delicate effervescence. The nose is extremely delicate, with well-developed aromas of lime blossom and hawthorn, accompanied by brighter notes of preserved lemon. The palate, true to the nose, is lively and silky, with aromas of pineapple, pear and candied citrus. The finish is slightly spicy and saline.

Enjoy this superb Tsarine blanc de blancs 2018 with fine dishes such as lobster roasted in vanilla butter, monkfish tajine with preserved lemons or as a dessert with exotic fruits such as pineapple, lemon or coconut.

It is imagined in honor of Empress Anna Ivanovna who introduced champagne on all Russian tables under the dynasty of the Tsars of Russia, and who became fond of French culture. It is a success!
