Champagne Tzarine is elaborated from a blend composed of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot noir. The nose unveils fresh and flowery notes leading then to more heady cinnamon notes. The palate is dynamic, vivacious and offers a lot of freshness. This champagne’s texture is ample and structured, and linked to its richness, which underlines the wooden-cask raising. For more than twenty-five years, the blends have been crafted by Isabelle Tellier, one of the very first women to hold the position of cellar master in Champagne.
