Regarding the Champagne Tsarine Millésime 2018
Champagne Tsarine Millésime 2018 is a blend of Champagne's three emblematic grape varieties: 38% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 27% Meunier.
After 4 years' cellar aging, the bubbles are fine, and the nose elegant. We discover aromas of brioche and white flowers. The palate is delicate and creamy, with aromas of clementine, grapefruit and almond. The finish is chalky and mineral.
This is a champagne of great finesse, in a unique bottle.
Tsarine Millésime 2018 Champagne is an elegant accompaniment to a gourmet meal with foie gras and gingerbread, grilled sea bass fillet, scallop carpaccio or citrus tart for dessert.
