Regarding the Champagne Tsarine Zéro Dosage Rosé magnum
Created to celebrate Maison Tsarine’s 30th anniversary, the Zéro Dosage Rosé – Anniversary Collection is presented here in its prestigious Magnum bottle. Produced in a limited, numbered edition, this exceptional cuvée embodies the perfect blend of elegance, precision, and modernity.
As the House’s first Zero Dosage champagne, it is crafted from a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 15% Meunier, sourced from prestigious villages classified as Grands Crus and Premiers Crus.
Visually, the wine captivates with its very pale pink hue and delicate coral highlights, exuding great elegance. The nose reveals a refined bouquet blending fresh flowers, citrus, and red berries in perfect harmony. On the palate, the Chardonnay’s vibrant freshness expresses itself with precision, supported by a mineral structure of remarkable purity. The notes of red berries add finesse and richness without ever compromising the wine’s natural tension. The complete absence of dosage (0 g/L) reveals the terroir’s full authenticity and extends the tasting experience with a salty, lingering, and highly elegant finish.
The Magnum bottle offers ideal aging conditions, allowing the wine to evolve more slowly and gradually gain complexity while preserving its freshness. It is the preferred choice of connoisseurs and collectors for both grand celebrations and long-term cellaring. This cuvée will elegantly complement a gourmet aperitif or dishes with briny and herbal notes. It will beautifully complement white asparagus, a citrus risotto, tuna tartare accented with raspberries, langoustine carpaccio, or cod served with mango and feta.
Its balance, precision, and purity make it an ideal champagne for exceptional occasions or a gift of rare prestige. Aged for four years in the House’s cellars before undergoing additional rest following disgorgement, this anniversary edition already reveals a beautiful aromatic depth. Thanks to the Magnum format, its aging potential is further enhanced, and it can easily age for 8 to 10 years under optimal storage conditions.
