Regarding the Champagne Tsarine Zéro Dosage Rosé Jéroboam
Created to celebrate Maison Tsarine’s 30th anniversary, the Zéro Dosage Rosé – Anniversary Collection is presented here in a prestigious jeroboam bottle. Produced as a limited and numbered edition, this exceptional cuvée embodies the House’s excellence and expertise through its very first Zero Dosage champagne. Blended from 50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 15% Meunier, sourced from Grand Crus and Premier Crus vineyards, it offers a contemporary interpretation of Champagne rosé, combining purity, precision, and elegance.
Presented in a jeroboam, this cuvée reveals the full beauty of its very pale color with delicate coral highlights, heralding a champagne of great finesse. The nose reveals a subtle bouquet blending fresh flowers, citrus zest, and red berries, with remarkable aromatic precision. On the palate, the liveliness of the Chardonnay harmonizes with a finely chiseled mineral structure, while notes of red berries bring balance and delicacy. With no dosage (0 g/L), the wine retains remarkable purity and lingers on a long, elegant, briny finish, enhanced by the aging potential unique to the jeroboam.
An iconic format for grand celebrations, the jeroboam is ideal for sharing this cuvée on the most special occasions. It pairs elegantly with a gourmet aperitif, white asparagus, a citrus risotto, tuna tartare with raspberries, or cod with mango and feta. Beyond the tasting experience, it stands out as an exceptional piece, perfect for marking an anniversary, hosting a reception, or enriching the collection of a connoisseur of fine champagnes.
Aged for four years in the House’s cellars before an additional period of rest following disgorgement, this anniversary edition, in its large format, makes a spectacular statement on a festive table.
