Regarding the Champagne Tsarine Extra Brut
Don’t wait and discover the all-new Extra Brut cuvée from Maison Tsarine, a champagne elaborated from three grape varieties in equal proportion, and 37% of reserve wines.
Following 36 months of cellar aging, it unveils delicate bubbles and an acacia floral nose, with a touch of yellow fruits. The palate is ample and silky, and terminates with an energetic and mineral final.
This champagne has a low dosage (3 gr/l), et reveals a remarkable balance.
Cuvée Extra Brut from Maison TSARINE is perfect with small grey shrimps, sushis, Comté cheese or even a fine apricot tart.
A very fine and pure champagne, where the nature fully expresses itself !
