Created as a limited edition to celebrate Maison Tsarine’s 30th anniversary, the Zéro Dosage Rosé – Anniversary Collection is the house’s very first Zéro Dosage champagne. Crafted from a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 15% Meunier, sourced from prestigious villages classified as Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, it offers a pure and contemporary interpretation of Champagne rosé. Its identity is enhanced by an exclusive gift set designed in collaboration with violinist Esther Abrami, adding an artistic dimension to this collector’s cuvée.

To the eye, the wine captivates with its very pale pink hue, displaying remarkable elegance. The bouquet reveals a refined expression where fresh flowers, citrus, and red berries unfold in harmony and precision. On the palate, the Chardonnay’s vibrant freshness comes fully to life, supported by a mineral structure of great purity. Notes of red berries add finesse and richness without ever masking the wine’s natural tension. The complete absence of dosage (0 g/L) results in a tasting experience of great clarity, prolonged by a salty, lingering, and particularly elegant finish.
