Regarding the Champagne Pierre Gimonnet Spécial Club Chouilly Grand Cru 2015
Only 3923 bottles of the Special Club Chouilly Grand Cru 2015 champagne from the House of PIERRE GIMONNET & FILS have been produced. This mono-terroir cuvée: 100% Chouilly Grand Cru and 100% Chardonnay is a champagne of finesse and elegance, with an ultra-chalky texture. It is everything you would expect from a great Blanc de Blancs !
This very "Gimonnet" champagne in its identity is however the only cuvée of the House which comes from a single village but from several plots of very great Chardonnays. The wine is harvested by hand and aged on the lees for four years before being disgorged three months before being released on the market.
This 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru Extra-Brut (4.5gr/l) is a cuvée for the amateurs of more singular champagnes. A little jewel to discover urgently.

Champagne Pierre Gimonnet
In the world of champagnes, there is a true "Pierre Gimonnet" signature. It is refined, elegant, wise, never exuberant. This style is the creation of Michel Gimonnet in 1935, the father of Olivier and Didier Gimonnet who are now in charge of the 28 hectares of Chardonnay, classified Grand Cru and Premier Cru.
Over the years, they have succeeded in sublimating the House's wines. The brothers, in love with their terroir, perpetuate a timeless wine style, based on freshness and aromatic finesse. Unique and prized "Grands Blancs".
