Cuvée Spécial Club Chouilly Grand Cru 2014 from Maison PIERRE GIMONNET & FILS is a rare champagne in many aspects, in terms of quantity first (only 3883 bottles produced), then from its single-terroir, exclusively Grand Cru.
This Blanc de Blancs champagne is the only cuvée of the champagne House which is sourced from a single village, but from several plots of the greatest Chardonnays. Manual harvest, 4 years of aging on lees, and disgorged 3 months before being released on the market.
This 100% chardonnay Grand Cru Extra-Brut (4gr/l) is a cuvée aimed to the amateurs of singular champagnes. A true jewel to be discovered urgently.

Champagne Pierre Gimonnet
In the world of champagnes, there is a true "Pierre Gimonnet" signature. It is refined, elegant, wise, never exuberant. This style is the creation of Michel Gimonnet in 1935, the father of Olivier and Didier Gimonnet who are now in charge of the 28 hectares of Chardonnay, classified Grand Cru and Premier Cru.
Over the years, they have succeeded in sublimating the House's wines. The brothers, in love with their terroir, perpetuate a timeless wine style, based on freshness and aromatic finesse. Unique and prized "Grands Blancs".
