The 2017 Spécial Club Cramant Grand Cru cuvée from Maison PIERRE GIMONNET & FILS is a rarity in every respect—first in terms of quantity (only 3,906 bottles produced) and second, because it is a single-terroir cuvée made entirely from Grand Cru grapes from the Côte des Blancs.
This Blanc de Blancs champagne is a blend of several plots of old vines ranging from 40 to over 100 years old, selected to enhance complexity and balance. Hand-harvested and aged on its lees for over 5 years, it was disgorged three months before shipment.
This 100% Chardonnay from Cramant Grand Cru Extra-Brut (4 g/L) is a cuvée for connoisseurs of more distinctive champagnes. A champagne with silky elegance and beautiful depth. A little gem you simply must discover.

Champagne Pierre Gimonnet
In the world of champagnes, there is a true "Pierre Gimonnet" signature. It is refined, elegant, wise, never exuberant. This style is the creation of Michel Gimonnet in 1935, the father of Olivier and Didier Gimonnet who are now in charge of the 28 hectares of Chardonnay, classified Grand Cru and Premier Cru.
Over the years, they have succeeded in sublimating the House's wines. The brothers, in love with their terroir, perpetuate a timeless wine style, based on freshness and aromatic finesse. Unique and prized "Grands Blancs".
