The Cuvée Spécial Club Cuis 1er Cru 2018 from Maison PIERRE GIMONNET & FILS is a rarity on every level: in terms of quantity (only 7540 bottles produced) and also, because it's a mono-terroir cuvée: 100% Cuis 1er Cru from the Côte des Blancs and 100% Chardonnay.
While the Cuvée Cuis 1er Cru has been produced for almost 100 years, this "premium" version is new and enriches the range with this very fine 2018 vintage.
After ageing on lees for 4 years, it was disgorged three months before shipping.
This is a great Blanc de Blancs champagne, fresh, elegant and full of finesse. This 100% Chardonnay 1er Cru Extra-Brut (5gr/l) is Cuis's finest, and will amaze your taste buds!

Champagne Pierre Gimonnet
In the world of champagnes, there is a true "Pierre Gimonnet" signature. It is refined, elegant, wise, never exuberant. This style is the creation of Michel Gimonnet in 1935, the father of Olivier and Didier Gimonnet who are now in charge of the 28 hectares of Chardonnay, classified Grand Cru and Premier Cru.
Over the years, they have succeeded in sublimating the House's wines. The brothers, in love with their terroir, perpetuate a timeless wine style, based on freshness and aromatic finesse. Unique and prized "Grands Blancs".
