Champagne Brut Extra from PIERRE GIMONNET & FILS is a 100% Chardonnay 1er Crus. Pierre Gimonnet & Fils respectfully interprets this fabulous terroir of Cuis on the Côte des Blancs.
This Blanc de Blancs champagne is a low dosage version of the classic Brut Sans Année (4g/l), with a little more ageing on laths. It's a lively, gourmet champagne that exists only because the quality of the Brut Sans Année allows it. It offers freshness and minerality.
PIERRE GIMONNET & FILS' Brut Extra champagne is perfect as an aperitif, but will also blossom throughout the meal and surprise you with its elegant substance.

Champagne Pierre Gimonnet
In the world of champagnes, there is a true "Pierre Gimonnet" signature. It is refined, elegant, wise, never exuberant. This style is the creation of Michel Gimonnet in 1935, the father of Olivier and Didier Gimonnet who are now in charge of the 28 hectares of Chardonnay, classified Grand Cru and Premier Cru.
