The 2018 Brut Nature champagne is the 5th opus in the Roederer-Starck collaboration, and it's very successful!

Still without added dosage, Starck Brut Nature 2018 Louis Roederer is a crystalline, delicate and refined champagne. It's made from 55% Pinot Noir, 25% Meunier, and 20% Chardonnay, of which 31% is aged in wood, and there's no malolactic fermentation to preserve the aromas.

This luminous Champagne offers a delicate nose of dried and yellow fruits. On the palate, the attack is tonic and velvety, enveloping us in a saline, fruity freshness with a slightly bitter finish.

The very generous 2018 vintage offers us an enchanting champagne, with a freshness that is both saline and fruity.

Roederer Starck 2018 is a very harmonious, dense and delicate champagne that you can enjoy on its own, just for pleasure, or with seafood.

Still family-owned since 1776, Maison Louis Roederer boasts a vineyard of 420 exceptional plots covering 244 hectares, 70% of which are classified as Grand Cru.

The vineyard is extremely diverse, and a renaissance viticulture is applied with gentle, virtuous practices inspired by permaculture. A large part of the estate has already been converted to organic farming (it is the largest AB-certified area in Champagne).

Despite the worldwide success of its prestige cuvée, Cristal de Roederer, the company has remained in control of its supply, which is based almost exclusively on its own vineyards.

Already present on the tables of Tsar Nicholas II, Louis Roederer champagne is still synonymous with excellence, and three million bottles are shipped around the world every year. These are great champagnes, harmonious, focused on purity, straightforwardness and a rich aromatic mosaic.
