With a sugar dosage of 7,5 gr/l, this unique champagne is exclusively sourced from Grands Crus (60% of Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay), 32% of which being vinified in wooden casks.

To the eye, the effervescence is energetic. The nose unveils a rich and complex bouquet of acidulous and candied aromas. While the wine opens up, the bouquet evolve to pastry notes.
The savoury palate is concentrated and chalky both. The incredible tension and aromatic sharpness is perfectly chiseled. On the palate, this cuvée is powerful, lively and concentrated. The finish is long and of a rare concentration.
