This fabulous brut nature champagne (0 g/L of sugar) is the result of a highly successful blend of Chardonnays from Avize and Pinot Noirs from Aÿ and Dizy, centered around the 2013 vintage—a late but exceptionally fine harvest. It is aged for 94 months on the lees, under cork, before its late disgorgement in April 2022.

This is a champagne for connoisseurs, displaying great power and incredible finesse. The wine is clean, balanced on the palate, pleasant, dry, and harmonious within its firm structure. On the nose, ripe white and yellow fruits are enhanced by pastry-like notes. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with citrus flavors, leading to a finish of dried fruits and mineral hints.
