Regarding the Champagne Jacquesson Cuvée 741 Dégorgement Tardif magnum
Elaborated from a blend of 3 Grands Crus and 2 Premiers Crus, these great champagnes from the Cuvées 700 range are characterized by their remarkable aging potential.
From the Cuvée N°733, the House stops selling it before the stock runs out, thus the maturation of the wine continues for 5 additional years.
This cuvée 741 "Dégorgement Tardif", after having spent 94 months on lees, was disgorged in April 2022. This clearly means that the house is confident in the wine’s potential. There is just 759 magnums available.
The main advantage of a late disgorgement is that the wine evolve in an aromatic and gastronomic way, reminding the old vintages but in keeping a great freshness.
The magnum of Cuvée 741 Dégorgement tardif from Jacquesson has a no dosage. It's mainly made from the great 2013 harvest and it's a very elegant, fine, and fresh champagne with a very good aging potential.

Champagne Jacquesson
Maison Jacquesson is a small, up-and-coming company! Its vineyards are made up of Grands Crus and 1ers Crus are pampered (most are treated organically) in a quest for excellence.
Its cuvées highlight a particular terroir, hence the presence of numerous parcel-based cuvées. The Cuvées 700, on the other hand, are the only ones produced by blending, and each reflects a particular year. Each Cuvée 700 is therefore different from the previous one, a highly original concept in Champagne!
These Cuvées 700 are available as classic cuvées or as cuvées disgorged later, giving them incredible ageing potential. Tasting the two versions of Cuvée 700 is an unforgettable experience!
