Regarding the Champagne Jacquesson Dizy Corne Bautray 2014 magnum
Produced from a single, admirably located plot planted exclusively with premier cru chardonnay, magnum of JACQUESSON's 2014 Dizy Corne Bautray is an exceptional Blanc de Blancs champagne with very low dosage (0.5gr/l). The 2014 harvest offers us an excellent alcohol/acidity balances.
The bubbles are extremely fine. This is a very elegant 100% Chardonnay champagne, whose power and length on the palate are destined for a great meal.
Given the rarity of this champagne (only 300 magnums), sales are limited. These rare magnums of JACQUESSON Champagne Dizy Corne Bautray 2014 were disgorged in February 2024.

Champagne Jacquesson
The Maison Jacquesson is a small but growing company! Its vineyards, composed of Grands Crus and 1ers Crus, are pampered (most of the treatments are organic) in a quest for excellence.
Its cuvées valorize a particular terroir, hence the presence of many parcel-based cuvées. On the other hand, the Cuvées 700 are the only ones produced by blending and each one reflects a particular year. Each Cuvée 700 is therefore different from the previous one, a completely original concept in Champagne!
These Cuvées 700 are available as classic or late-disgorged cuvées, giving them an incredible aging potential. The tasting of the two versions of the Cuvée 700 is a great moment!
