Produced from a single, admirably located parcel (1ha30), planted exclusively with Chardonnay Premier Cru in 1962, JACQUESSON's 2015 Avize Champ Caïn is an exceptional champagne. The 2015 vintage was a warm one, requiring patience to reach full aromatic maturity.
This Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature (1gr/l) is among the very best. Tasted in February 2025, this champagne reveals toasty, grilled aromas and pastry notes typical of the locality, while its chewy texture bears witness to the sunshine of this vintage. The texture is enveloping, the midpalate broad, the finish persistent and sapid. A marvel!
Given the rarity of this champagne, produced in only 10772 bottles, sales are very limited. A very small production to take advantage of!

Champagne Jacquesson
The Maison Jacquesson is a small but growing company! Its vineyards, composed of Grands Crus and 1ers Crus, are pampered (most of the treatments are organic) in a quest for excellence.
Its cuvées valorize a particular terroir, hence the presence of many parcel-based cuvées. On the other hand, the Cuvées 700 are the only ones produced by blending and each one reflects a particular year. Each Cuvée 700 is therefore different from the previous one, a completely original concept in Champagne!
These Cuvées 700 are available as classic or late-disgorged cuvées, giving them an incredible aging potential. The tasting of the two versions of the Cuvée 700 is a great moment!
