Regarding the Champagne Egly-ouriet Brut 1er Cru les Prémices Magnum
This Brut 1er Cru “Les prémices” cuvée from EGLY-OURIET was created in 2020. It is a blend of equal parts of the three Champagne grape varieties: Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. It’s the perfect cuvée to discover this wonderful house. A great introduction!
All of this house’s champagnes are aged in oak without malolactic fermentation, and this cuvée is no exception.
It has a low dosage (2 g/L) and offers a nose that is both mineral and floral. This minerality carries through on the palate with a lovely finish.
This champagne, full of elegance and freshness, pairs wonderfully with a scallop carpaccio. It is available here in a magnum.
A real treat in store that will allow you to discover this fabulous family-run house, awarded 4 stars in the RVF Green Guide!

Champagne Egly-ouriet
The EGLY-OURIET Champagne House, located in Ambonnay on 12 hectares, is a family house running for four generations. Small by its production (about 100 000 bottles per year), and big by the exceptional quality of its champagnes.
All the champagnes of this house spend at least 3 years in the cellar before being sold, thus increasing their complexity and ensuring a better potential of ageing.
All this care has allowed them to be placed among the ten best champagne houses. Discover the exceptional champagnes of this small house in our store.
