Discover the new Cuvée from Maison EGLY-OURIET: "Les Vignes de Bisseuil".
This cuvée comes from the House's own vineyards on the Bisseuil terroir, classified as a 1er Cru. Unlike the rest of the range, it is made predominantly from Chardonnay.
It is composed of 80% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier, and is blended at 3gr/l. This champagne has been quietly aged in our cellars for 4 years, before being disgorged.

The EGLY-OURIET Champagne House, located in Ambonnay on 12 hectares, is a family house running for four generations. Small by its production (about 100 000 bottles per year), and big by the exceptional quality of its champagnes.
All the champagnes of this house spend at least 3 years in the cellar before being sold, thus increasing their complexity and ensuring a better potential of ageing.
