Champagne Lombard Extra Brut Premier Cru Blanc de Noirs 75cl
This Extra Brut Premier Cru Champagne Blanc de Noirs from Maison Lombard is part of the Signature range. This 100% Pinot Noir is sourced from the finest terroirs and vineyards of the Montagne de Reims (Chigny-Les-Roses & Rilly-La-Montagne). The grapes were grown on loamy soils with a limestone subsoil, which gives this wine chalky notes and a mineral texture.

Regarding the Champagne Lombard Extra Brut Premier Cru Blanc de Noirs
This cuvée is a blend of wines aged 60% in stainless steel tanks and the remainder in oak barrels. This combination achieves a beautiful balance between the freshness provided by the stainless steel tanks and the rich, complex character of the oak.
On the nose, it offers a lovely bouquet of white peach, apple blossom, a touch of vanilla, and dry chalk. On the palate, the wine is deep, round, full-bodied, and very well-balanced. It has excellent length, leading to a charming, briny finish.
This gourmet champagne pairs perfectly with terrines, poultry, and shellfish, but is also delicious with cheeses such as Chaource or Langres.

Champagne Lombard
Maison LOMBARD is a family estate located in Epernay and created in 1925, with a very Burgundian vision of Champagne. The vineyard is in organic conversion, on the Montagne de Reims Ouest. The cuvées are mono-crus and parcel, produced exclusively from Premier and Grand Cru. All the champagnes are Brut Nature or Extra-Brut, to reveal the identities and expressions of each place with great authenticity.
The family, independent House wishes to express its values in the development of its wines to offer us atypical champagnes representative of their terroirs. A very nice discovery!
