Champagne organic Blanc de Meunier 2016 Premier Cru Extra-Brut from Maison Leclerc Briant is exclusively elaborated from Pinot Meunier and vinified in barrels.
At first sight, it announces a fresh and nuanced wine. This non dosed champagne offers a sharp and fresh palate together with a creamy effervescence. It develops a pulpy and fruity flesh supported by an orange acidity.
A great balance between power and delicacy, giving way to a cuvée refined by a vinification in wood barrel. The finish is marked by candied aromas.
Cuvée Blanc de Meuniers is a champagne whose fleshy and mineral character perfectly matches caviar, roasted scallops, an unctuous carrot purée, or even basmati rice with ginger.

Maison Leclerc Briant is a family business founded in 1872 in Cumières. Bought in 2012 by a couple of passionate Americans, the Maison Leclerc Briant offers us singular and high quality vintages.
Vinified with respect for nature since the 1940s, this 10-hectare estate, essentially Premier Cru, is naturally certified organic and Biodynamic. Pioneer in organic wine making, the House is also a pioneer in parcel selections since the 1980s and offers us champagnes disgorged after a long period of ageing in the cellar and low dosage to let the cuvées express themselves to the maximum.
