Champagne Le Clos des trois clochers 2018 from Maison Leclerc-Briant is a Blanc de Blancs champagne sourced from a 40-acre 1er Cru plot.
Vinified and aged in barrels and with a very low dosage (1.7gr/l), this 100% Chardonnay champagne is fresh, sunny and accessible.
This champagne, with its fine, lively bubbles, reveals smoky notes on the nose and, after aeration, hints of pear and verbena. On the palate, it's creamy, refined and harmonious, with a saline, lemony finish.
This champagne is perfect with vegetarian lasagne, sea bream gravelax or Saint-Marcellin.
Please note that only 1792 bottles have been produced.

Champagne Leclerc Briant
Maison Leclerc Briant is a family business founded in 1872 in Cumières. Bought in 2012 by a couple of passionate Americans, the Maison Leclerc Briant offers us singular and high quality vintages.
Vinified with respect for nature since the 1940s, this 10-hectare estate, essentially Premier Cru, is naturally certified organic and Biodynamic. Pioneer in organic wine making, the House is also a pioneer in parcel selections since the 1980s and offers us champagnes disgorged after a long period of ageing in the cellar and low dosage to let the cuvées express themselves to the maximum.
