Maison Leclerc Briant's Blanc de Blancs 2019 Champagne, 100% Chardonnay, offers the remarkable energy of a Chardonnay at the quintessence of its grape variety.
This organic champagne, from the fine 2019 harvest, is dosed as Extra-Brut (2.3g/l) for greater authenticity.
To the eye, the bubbles are fine and lively, while the nose reveals aromas of lemon, meringue and, after aeration, white flowers and marine notes. On the palate, it's enveloping and supported by a fine acidity. The finish is more consistent, bringing great freshness, with hints of menthol and lemon.
This Blanc de Blancs 2019 champagne from Maison Leclerc Briant will accompany your aperitifs and sublimate a fine seafood platter, green asparagus or, more surprisingly, a green apple entremet.

Maison Leclerc Briant is a family business founded in 1872 in Cumières. Bought in 2012 by a couple of passionate Americans, the Maison Leclerc Briant offers us singular and high quality vintages.
Vinified with respect for nature since the 1940s, this 10-hectare estate, essentially Premier Cru, is naturally certified organic and Biodynamic. Pioneer in organic wine making, the House is also a pioneer in parcel selections since the 1980s and offers us champagnes disgorged after a long period of ageing in the cellar and low dosage to let the cuvées express themselves to the maximum.
