Regarding the Champagne Konrat Collection V
Cuvée Collection V by Maison Konrat is the House's signature champagne, produced in an edition of around 4,000 bottles. It is made from the 3 flagship grape varieties of Champagne: 50% Meunier, 25% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, including 30% Solera. All three are vinified separately, according to the lunar calendar, and then matured in oak barrels (50%), stainless steel vats (40%) and amphorae (10%).
Konrat Collection is the fruit of respect for the unique character of each plot, precise vinification and long ageing (4 years).
The very fine bubbles give this wine a delicate mouthfeel. The nose reveals notes of hazelnut, apricot and cashew nut, while the palate is elegant, full and fresh, with a long, refreshing finish.
Pair this Collection V Champagne from Maison Konrat with roasted white meats, Comté cheese or Beaufort cheese.
Enjoy now for its primary aromas, or up to eight years to discover more complex flavors.
