Cuvée Rosé from Maison Konrat is a mischievous and charismatic champagne.

It is sourced from a blend which is elaborated 9 months after the harvest, and is made up of 60% Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, half raised in oak barrels. 11,5% of Meunier red wine is added to the blend, which is raised in Dame Jeanne.

Grapes are sourced from a single village, Montigny-sous- Châtillon, and vinified according to the lunar calendar. This cuvée unveils a lot of bubbles ! The nose offers wood and citrus aromas. The palate develops red fruits aromas, such as cherry, blackberries, raspberries. The champagne offers a great structure, with a beautiful acidity recalling british candy, and the fruit’s freshness.

A champagne with a strong personality, very aromatic, fresh and vinous, perfect in accompaniment of a fish tartar, desserts based on red fruits and summer aperitifs.

Only 1148 bottles were produced, this is to say how rare is this champagne dedicated to gastronomy, such as japanese cuisine around duck and game with sweet and sour sauce.
