Regarding the Champagne Jacquesson Cuvée 747
Maison Jacquesson's Cuvée 747 comes from the 2019 harvest, a small but exceptional harvest. A beautiful Extra-Brut Champagne (1.5g/l), it is made from 75% Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers and Champillon terroirs and 25% Oiry and Avize.
One of the numbered "700" cuvées, recognized for their finesse, purity and incredible ageing potential. The result of a blend of Chardonnay with a predominance of Pinots, this cuvée offers citrus and brioche notes on the nose. The bubbles are extremely fine and airy. The palate is very elegant, with notes of white fruit and a hint of wood and minerality. A structured, complex, long and well-balanced champagne profile.
This 747 is a great champagne, which you can enjoy with shellfish, poultry or sheep's milk cheese. It's a wine that unites all the Domaine's parcels, and is offered for two different aging periods, with the second disgorgement taking place 5 years later for a second release under the name Cuvée 700 Dégorgement Tardif.
