Discover the Demi-Sec champagne from Laurent-Perrier, a round and delicate champagne thanks to its higher sugar content than Brut champagne (40 g/liter).
This champagne, with a rich and intense nose of dried fruits, offers a warm and rich palate dominated by roundness.
It is a full-bodied and generous Demi-Sec champagne thanks to its 3-year aging period (more than double the appellation’s average), a carefully balanced blend, and its high proportion of Chardonnay (the highest in its category).
The intensity and richness of Laurent-Perrier’s Demi-Sec champagne make it a wonderful pairing for desserts or sweet-and-savory dishes.
This sophisticated Demi-Sec champagne should be served very chilled, between 6° and 8°C.
